On Saturday Morning we had an optional group yoga class led by classmate Marcy Etheridge Magrino. It was a nice wakeup!
Not everyone was up yet lol, but after a breakfast at the yummy Embassy Suites Buffet, interesting speeches were given by three of our classmates. Speeches were given by Nancy Crownover Bourke, several time cancer and heart survivor; Linda James Bennett, along with classmate/husband John Bennett, the story of the challenges and successes of their son with special needs that Linda shared in a book; and Larry 'Skip' Carastro, his journey from Gables policeman to jail, to college and a successful career, who also wrote a book about his life's mistakes and journey to success.
